Chris Gordon - Account Director: was responsible for developing commercial partnerships at The Barbican and Head of Development for the Royal College of Arts, generating revenue and building links with businesses. He's also been a new business account director for leading sponsorship agency SCL. How we do it: -

We manage a programme of on-the-job training, refresher training, and induction for new recruits - from one to three months depending on their level of experience. To help you gain momentum we work closely with them to secure you as many qualified new business opportunities as possible during that period.

We apply Rainmaker Consulting's insight-led training techniques to help them from scratch or to enhance their existing capabilities. Critically, they are specifically trained and equipped for the needs of your business and at whatever level.

Simultaneously we review your sales and marketing platform to ensure your new business discipline and mechanisms are optimised. Any new or refined tools, including the prospect database we build for you, are handed over to you for your new recruit to use.

Following that we can continue to provide support, meeting with you and the recruit to appraise progress and help them deliver consistent, long-term results.
